Are your products really all natural?

Yes! All of our products are created with premium, primarily organic plant based oils, essential oils, herbs and minerals. They are void of any parabens, synthetic fragrances, dyes, fillers or artificial preservatives and are phthalate and cruelty free.

Are your products vegan?

Everything in our line is vegan, with the exception of our Deodorants, which use beeswax.

Can I use my Body Oil on my face? 

These particular blends are primarily for use from neck to feet. You're welcome to do patch testing on face and use at your discretion. They're great in hair! 

Can I use my Body Oil in my bath?

Yes!  Louisa and Reverie are lovely additions to a bath. Sanctuary is for body use only.

When can I expect my order?

As each order is handcrafted, please allow up to 1 week for order to ship. Every product is created, bottled, and labeled in house and handled with intention and care. If you need your item sooner, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products contain no artificial preservatives, their shelf life is shorter than mass produced items. Each product label contains a POA (period-after-opening) symbol to indicate its estimated shelf life. Most of our products will remain fresh for 6 months to 1 year. You are advised to treat these products as you would fresh food ingredients, using them daily rather than holding onto them. If you are curious about the specifics of an individual product, please email us and we'll be happy to help.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email at hello@oxalisapothecary.com to discuss options to meet your satisfaction. We do not assume additional shipping costs for any exchanges/returns and a proof of purchase must be presented if the product was not ordered from our website.

My package never made it to me, what do I do?

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If the package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, email us at hello@oxalisapothecary.com and we will do our best to help track it down and file a claim with USPS. We are unable to refund products and/or shipping once they have left our studio but we will work hard to help locate the missing package.
